Do we have to get all services together?
No. We work in a modular structure; you can choose only the services you need.
How does the tree donation proof come?
We send PDF certificate and land coordinates from our planting partner (e.g. Ege Forest Foundation) via email at project completion.
What is the average duration of your projects?
• MVP web/mobile: 6–10 weeks • Corporate site: 4–6 weeks • Digital marketing campaign: 3-month cycles
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Brief project summary, target audience, desired delivery date and benchmark sites if any are sufficient. We have you fill out a detailed form at the first meeting.
What is your payment plan?
Generally 40% start, 30% interim delivery, 30% go-live according to project budget. We use monthly fixed fee model for long-term marketing packages.
Will the infrastructure and code you use belong to us?
Yes. At the end of the project, source code, design files and all access information are transferred to the customer; repository is opened in your name on GitHub/Bitbucket.
Do we have revision rights?
We offer two full revision rounds for screen designs and feedback cycles within sprint during development phase. Additional revisions are quoted hourly.
When are SEO results seen?
Technical SEO improvements take effect immediately, but organic ranking increase takes 3–6 months depending on industry competition. We provide monthly performance reports.
Which communication channels do you use?
We share current status in real-time through your Slack channel, weekly Zoom meeting and project board (Jira/Trello).
Can we get support after the project is finished?
We provide 12-month update, security patch and small feature addition service with our 'Lifecycle Maintenance' package.
Is our data secure?
All servers are hosted in ISO 27001 certified regions. End-to-end encryption, daily automatic backup and pentest is applied with OWASP methods.
Do you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, we sign mutually at the proposal stage to protect your project and intellectual property.
